About These Terms

By purchasing from Zyvol Studio you agree to these terms. They are written plainly — if anything is unclear, reach out before placing an order.

One-of-a-Kind Work

Every piece sold through Zyvol Studio is made by hand. No two pieces are identical. Variations in surface, glaze, color, texture, and dimension are inherent, natural characteristics of the process and are not defects — they are what makes each piece its own object.

Photography on this site is representative of the form, glaze, and character of a piece. It is not a photograph of the specific object you will receive. The piece you receive will be made in the same way, from the same materials, in the same spirit — but it will be its own version of that form. If you would like to see the specific piece available before purchasing, contact us directly.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase. Zyvol Studio does not store payment information. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are packed carefully and shipped within five to seven business days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided when available. Zyvol Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Custom & Commission Work

Custom orders require a deposit at the time of agreement. The balance is due before shipping. Custom work is not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of damage during shipping. Timelines discussed at the time of agreement are estimates; handmade work does not always follow a schedule.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and design on this site are the property of Zyvol Studio or Mayr Budny. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
